Other Than Being a Realtor, Here Are Some Basics...

My name is Preston, and I am a Realtor who specializes in assisting individuals with buying and selling properties in the Phoenix metro area (ARMLS), Prescott Area (PAAR), and the Verde Valley (SVVAR), which includes Sedona, Cottonwood, Camp Verde, and more. Additionally, I enjoy exploring nature through hiking and camping.

Originally from Indiana, I relocated to Florida for graduate school where I met my fiancé, an Arizona native who later introduced me to the state. Arizona quickly captured my heart with its breathtaking scenery, ranging from deserts and aspen forests to valleys, creeks, rivers, and stunning red rock formations. Currently, we reside in Sedona with our two dogs, Charlie & Cooper.

Living in Arizona has allowed me to access many nearby destinations through short flights or weekend drives. For instance, Southern Colorado and Zion National Park are within easy reach. Not to mention, the beach is just a few hours drive away. So sick!

While working in real estate, I have had the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients who often become good friends. It is a rewarding experience, helping them achieve their dreams of becoming homeowners every step of the way.
